Welcome to KND FASHION. By accessing our website and placing an order, you legally agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Strict Exchange & No-Refund Policy

  • 5-Day Exchange Only: We offer exchanges only. You must raise an exchange request within 5 days of successful delivery.
  • NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS: We strictly do not process refunds or returns under ANY circumstances. This includes issues regarding size, minor defects, or delivery delays.
  • Store Credit (Payment Hold): If you do not wish to exchange an item immediately, we will hold your payment securely as store credit. You can use this amount for any future purchase by providing your original Order ID.
  • Replacement Dispatch: Replacement items will only be dispatched after the original product is successfully delivered back to our warehouse and inspected.

2. Shipping & Failed Delivery Terms

  • External Couriers: All shipping is handled by external third-party courier partners. KND FASHION holds no legal responsibility for failed, missed, or delayed deliveries.
  • Re-Shipping Charges: If a prepaid order is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address), the customer is liable to pay additional courier charges to re-book the shipment.

3. Customer Safety & Legal Disclaimer

  • Delivery Agent Entry: Delivery is executed by external agencies. For your personal safety, DO NOT allow delivery personnel to enter your home under any circumstances.
  • OTP & Package Verification: Always verify the physical package and carefully read the OTP message on your mobile device before sharing it with the delivery agent. The brand is NOT liable for any financial loss, theft, or mishap caused by customer negligence.
  • Courier Misbehavior: While we can assist in raising a formal complaint with the courier company regarding an agent’s misbehavior, KND FASHION holds no direct legal liability for the actions, behavior, or negligence of third-party logistics staff.

4. Products, Pricing & Sale Items

  • Surplus & Sale Stock: Items purchased during a “Sale” or at heavily discounted prices may include factory surplus stock. Therefore, we do not guarantee that these items will be 100% brand new or completely flawless.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update our collections without prior notice.

5. Legal Acknowledgment

By creating an account and checking the mandatory consent box during checkout, you officially acknowledge and agree to all the terms, conditions, and no-refund policies stated above. KND FASHION reserves the right to contest any frivolous consumer disputes or chargebacks filed against these explicitly agreed-upon terms.
